DPH surveyors walked in about 6 weeks earlier than last year. They stayed 3 days. It was one of the most relaxed surveys I've been a part of. No yelling or screaming or chasing down the halls waving papers. No issues with care...0%medication error rate!...thanks to all my staff.:yeah:

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!
I know how stressful surveys can be.........sounds like you got the kind of crew I had last year. It makes an enormous difference when you get people who aren't out to tear you to pieces, but it also helps to have all your ducks lined up! Good work!!
