Hi all,
I just started my application for the ABSN at Stony Brook, and I know that they require 3 recommendations. However, when I got to the recommendations section, I see it says that 3 recommendations must be solicited by the following:
Former professors
Employers or supervisors
Health care professionals
I was planning on getting recs from 2 professors (one of them would be my A&P2 professor), and my past employer. I don't know what to do about a recommendation from a health care professional, as I have never had a health care job. I will call them to ask, but I'd hate to ditch my application just because I can't procure a health care professional's recommendation.
Has anyone applied without a health care professional's recommendation, and gotten in?
