Summer 2023 Nurse Residency in Houston TX

Hey everyone, I will be graduating with my BSN this semester and am planning on applying for Summer 2023 residences. Im looking into Methodist's program but wanted to hear what other residencies may be of interest

Has anyone heard back yet from TCH PICU west?

How did everyone's Interviews go? 

I have mine next week. I'm anxious but hopefully I can prepare a bit over the weekend and calm my nerves ? 

I'm sure we will all end up where we are supposed to be ?

My interviews went great! I was offered a position which I think im going to take. Best of luck next week! Im sure you will be prepared just study interview questions and your answers! I know they prefer specific examples for behavioral question. Just be prepared!

I have a second interview with L&D at Methodist on the Unit on Monday. Does anyone have any insight on what to expect with this interview? I have already done the prescreening and the panel interview.

Im not sure specifically for LnD but for my second interview with methodist after the prescreen they asked questions such as why Methodist, why this unit, a time your integrity was challenged, how I deal with a situation in which my scope of practice is challenged and the ICARE value that best represents me. Best of luck!
