So I just started my first nursing job about a month ago and every day I come home with cramped and exhausted legs and swollen feet. I've been told about Skechers shape ups but I feel like they would make my legs more tired since they give you a work out. Any thoughts?

Here is a discussion on shape-ups (I have never tried them)
Skechers shape-ups after 6 months of wear - Nursing for Nurses
I wear Dr. Scholl's with built-in gel inserts. I also buy new shoes every 6 mnths or so which I think is very important. Keep your circulation optimal and make sure you drink lots of water and do not cross your legs constantly (bad habit I am trying to break myself of). Yoga on your days/nights off is also great for flexibility and circulation!

I've heard the Shape Ups make your legs feel great.
However, a girl I work with turned her ankle and fractured her foot while wearing them at work yesterday, so I no longer want to try them. I'm clumsy enough!
I meant to add that I got a pair of Birkis clogs and wear them with light support socks, and with this combo, my legs no longer hurt at the end of the day.
I also have a pair of Crocs Mercy Works that I wear sometimes. I think having a few pairs of shoes to rotate really helps.
