Hello everyone. I am hoping to get some input from Med-Surg and telemetry/ vent nurses. We use IV pumps that have a drug library from which we must select the meds we are giving. MY AVP has asked me to help her select the top priority drugs (most frequently used and most potentially lethal if administered incorrectly), to be put on the first 3 screens of the pump for the convenience of the nurses. We have selected Heparin gtt, KCL, Insulin gtt, and some frequently used antibiotics. Does anybody else have any suggestions? I would really appreciate it.
:clown:anyone- please?
