Submitted my application for ADN fall 2011. Anxiously waiting!

So I finally turned in my application for the Fall 2011 ADN program and im so nervous! The nursing office said that letters will be sent through the mail and that I should know something in about 3 weeks! ( middle of june) I hope I get in! I have a 3.5 GPA, I made a 68 on the TEAS test, which in lower alabama is a little above average. Ive actually heard of people getting in with just a 60?! And I have all good grades! We work on a point system and for AP1 i made an A, APII-B, Micro, B! Those are the three main courses they look at! Everyone wish me luck!!!! And I wish everyone else luck who is applying/applyed for Fall 2011 Nursing programs!!!!

All I can say is apply to several schools! Take every chance you can. I live in Hawaii where the options are very limited and the competition is stiff. I have a biology degree, scored a 144 on the NLN pre-nursing exam, have a 3.6 GPA and I'm on my 3rd application for an associates in nursing! Several hundred applicants and only 30 accepted per semester. Good fun!

Oh ok..I was thinking of applying there. I live in Alabama too, but instead, I applied to Bevill State.

Where at is Bevil State? Faulkner is my only option to get my ADN cause its the only school that has it, besides Bishop and theres NO way im going there because their program is on probation.

Bevill State has a few campuses. Jasper, Sumiton, Hamilton, and Fayette. There is one more but I can't think of where it is at. Are you in Birmingham?

Where did you hear that Bishop State Community College nursing program was on probation. This is so not true. It is actually a great program
