Hi,
Anybody out there studying for May's CLPNBC exam? I am and the anxiety is mounting, my sleep is affected, I thankfully am working full time, however, this takes away from my energy and steam to study. I have serious, real fear about writing!! I did very well in the course, and never scored below 90% all year. The fact that everything is riding on this really creates alot of angst for me. I am reading, and trying to study, refresh, stregthen areas that aren't strong etc. Feedback, tips, stories would be great.Thank-you in advance.
With Thanks,

There is a thread somewhere on writing CPRNE. It's not a BC thing. It's national.
If you do search using the correct terms, you'll find info.

I'm studying , or trying to, for the Canadian National LPN exam. Same thing I'm pretty sure. Do you have the Canadian PN Exam prep guide? If so there is a web address in the back of the book that will take you to a site where you can purchase a predictor test which is put together by the same company that makes the national exam. You can actually buy 2 predictor tests for sixty some dollars. I found these very helpfull. I scored 82% on the test which gave me 95-100% likelihood I will pass. Here is the web address, www.asitest.ca
Good luck!!
Nursecjones,
Thank-you! 17 days to go :]. Good luck to you as well, where do you live? I will give the test a try. It is difficult working full time and studying!
Warm Regards,
I live in Halifax,NS. I'm from Vancouver Island though.

I received my LPN education in the US. I'm now in Alberta and will be writing the CPNRE in May. I'll write the predictor test tomorrow :)
