I want to take my HESI test this summer and I bought the book from Mosby Elsevier. I am afraid to say this and jinx myself, but it looks almost too easy. Math thankfully looks like it is mostly conversions. Has anyone else taken this recently? For the A&P part, does it also include Biology and Chemistry or is it just A&P? Any helpful hints to study other than the book?? I appreciate any advice!

I studied the book. I also felt like it wasn't enough. On test day I was shocked to see that it was almost exactly like the book. The math was only conversions and ratios. The hardest part was A&P only because I hadn't taken anatomy 2 yet. I passed my Hesi with an overall grade of 90. Best of luck to you. I think you will do fine if you study the book. =]
Thank you!! Everything else seems so hard...I figured this just had to be a way to trip us up!

As far as math, reading comprehension, & grammar- the HESI review book was helpful. BUT.... Do not let the HESI review book fool you. It is very basic is terms of A&P and not sufficient for the test. Go to the library and pick up A&P for Dummies and review that before your test.

My HESI A2 was just vocab, grammar, math and reading. I used the book and practice tests (www.test-guide.com/free-hesi-a2-practice-tests.html). I didn't feel I needed anything else. Didn't have A&P though.
Good Luck.
