I live in the phoenix area and am looking for study buddies for Excelsior College NC classes. Right now me and another friend meet once a week(she is on NC 1, I just started NC3 ) and we are looking to expand our group for encouragement to each other as well as sharing in any helpful resources. E-mail me privately if interested.

You may already know about this, but if you haven't, check out the Study Buddy Finder from the EC website. Good luck!

sorry late reply:)

I have taken NC 1-7. failed NC 5 and will re-take in Feb. I also found out I have a slew of pre-req's to take. i am a respiratory therapist working in the east valley. If you have any questions you may want to send me a private message. did either of you take the pre-req's through excelsior?

Thanks, Nate

I am still looking for a Study buddy in Phoenix. EC has a Study Buddy site but I see that most of the study buddys are from the East Coast. I and my friend, were both LPN's, study at different coffee shops in the West Valley.

We both are working on different EC-exams :typing(me NC7, her NC5) but studying away from home help us focus. We would love more students to join us. Drop me an email if interested.

Congrats on passing CPNE!!! I take NC-7 tomorrow, I took the EC practice exam tonite and passed with 72% so I guess I'm ready as ever. Did you take any Workshop before you did the CPNE? I was thinking about Tina's in San Jose(?). Nice to hear from another Phoenician, Good Luck on NCLEX!!
