Nope, I believe this is the first year they are doing it, after they stopped a few years ago. And I don't think they've started them yet for this year.

I've been contacted about an interview. Sounds like it will be a half day meet & greet and viewing of the facilities, with interviews thrown in. Not sure what the interviews will consist of however. Personal? Clinical? Any insider tips?

Hey there, I also got an interview with Columbia! but I don't know what to expect .. since they haven't been interviewing candidates for the last few years

Hi, I also have an interview. Its hard to get an idea of what they'll ask since I believe we'll be the first set of interviewees. If anyone has been interviewed yet, did they say how long the decision making process will be? I wish you guys luck!

Can any of you who already had the interview please share some insights? What kind of questions they ask you? How many people are there for the panel interview? I did not get any call yet. I guess that means it already for me huh?
