  • Online lectures at a specific time/day each week (so I actually interact with faculty & classmates)
  • Allows clinicals in your community
  • Same price as state university

Cost, convenience, location and reputation.

Arranges preceptors , hybrid format with clinicals arranged near me vs near city where campus is, respected in Florida, knew of some nps that have graduated from here, beautiful campus, dedicated advanced diagnostics class for Fnp which many do not have, public.

Oh, and not for profit for sure. They still have a bad rep in some places.

Some places? It really should be looked down in all places that offer public education. I understand the need for private if there were minimal public schools but common there are plenty of public np universities

2. Hybrid program ...online with a few face to face classes

3. GRE waived if GPA above 3.2

4. They set up clinicals...didn't want the added headache of finding preceptors!!
