FNP program passing grade

Wondering what program/school you are attending and what the minimum passing grade requirement is for your program?

Frontier had two passing requirements. Needed an 80% to pass the class and also had an exam average of 80%. So if your exam average was 79.9%, you fail even if you write an awesome paper or had an ancillary assignment to tip the scales.

Most of the ones I know of have 80% or a B as passing.

The program I'm attending also requires 80% for passing.

I'm at Georgia State University in the FNP program. The majority of my classes require an 80% on tests and an 80% overall, but you must have an 80% on your tests before anything else is considered.

In graduate schools in general, B (or B- if they use the plus/minus) is usually the minimum passing grade. Also, you are generally required to maintain at least a 3.0 GPA and if your semester GPA falls below that, you might find yourself on academic probation. This could mean if you get all Bs and one B- in a semester, you could be on probation even though they are all passing grades.

Oh my program the lowest B that you can make to pass is 83...

Had to get 84% or above.

At my FNP program, you needed an 84% to make a B.

At my current school, 80% is a B.
