out of state transfer student trying to get into UAB school of nursing

I am currently at a community college in georgia and i am applying to UAB nursing school in Fall 2018. I have heard it is really competitive in general, but does that mean it is almost impossible for transfer students to get in? I have already been accepted to the university and my GPA is a 4.0. Has any one been accepted as a out of state transfer student?? any advice??
