I was unable to find anything on the web that stated the pass rate for state boards for family nurse practitioners for the state of WI. Could anyone help? Thanks

Once a nurse takes NCLEX and passes they are issued RN license. There is no additional license for Nurse Practitioner; therefore no NCLEX scores. One submits educational credentials that they completed NP program for board approval; some states require passing certification exam in specialty area.

Some states do require an APRN or APN license, but there is no exam to obtain the license.

The only states I know of that do not require Nurse Practitioners to be certified are California and New York. There are two licensing bodies-ANCC and AANP. Most states will not let you practice without this certification
