starting a wellness business

I am seriously considering starting my own wellness business. I am a Family NP. Anyone have advise on where to start and what to avoid

I think my biggest question would be how to make it work financially- how would it be billed for insurance?

My employee has a contract with a wellness type of company where if we go get a physical done, do some wellness coaching, we get $150 each year. They say it works because people stay healthier and use less of the company insurance (Saving the employer $$), although it’s hard for me to grasp that it actually works. Then again I’m not the typical demographic- I definitely do it to get the $$ each year (hard to beat a pay rate of $150/hr!) but being a “healthy” person to begin with, they don’t help me with anything to decrease my personal healthcare costs and therefore I’m a net negative in this type of business venture.
