STARTING SALARY FOR NURSING HOME RNs?

Hello- I was just wondering what starting salaries are around for new nurses in nursing homes? I live in MI, but just a ballpark answer would be great. Thanks!! :)

I work in WA and am at $24.25. I have friends in OR who are at $22-24, and one firend in OR got $32!

I am a newish (May 2010) nurse in Pa. I work perdiem at 3 different homes. One, the furthest away is 30.00, one is 29.00 and one is 27.00.
