Hello all!

I just got accepted to a LNA program in my area, and I'm so excited. I currently work full time at a desk job, so I'll be taking LNA courses on the weekends. I plan on getting my LNA and working part time while also keeping my full-time job for a year, saving up all my money and then switching to full time/per diem as an LNA while I go to school to become an LPN, then take an LPN-RN program and finally and RN-BSN. I know that I have a tough journey ahead of me, and I was wondering if anyone had any tips or advice that they'd like to share!

Thanks in advance (: :bookworm:

Just get started. RN programs tend to have a lot of prerequisites, so you might consider trying to start knocking those out now. Make sure you keep your grades high, too.

I agree with Sour Lemon. I would just go straight for my RN and knock all of those pre-requisites out of the way, then do RN-BSN.
