Do you have scheduled meetings for staff nurses? If so, here are some questions I would love to have answered...How many nurses are in your district and are they all expected to attend? How often are your meetings scheduled? Do you have someone taking minutes? Do you have a set outline/agenda for your meetings? If so, please share your topic headings (ie. outline for a typical meeting).

We meet once a year, at the very beginning of school. ALL nurses are required to be there, it's mandatory and excuses are NOT accepted. This past year, we discussed some paperwork that we are having to do, health screening dates and routines, we had speakers from a local asthma doctor and a medical/legal person, and we picked up our hearing/vision equipment. We also had the Director of Schools come in to speak and had a chance to ask questions of her and our nursing supervisor. We had a set schedule and outline of what was going on, but I don't recall anyone keeping minutes.
