Sprott-Shaw LPN Is it worth it?

Hey guys so I am a little undecided right now. I want to go into a LPN program and work my way up to an RN later in life and thought I would look into Sprott Shaw since i have a few friends who have gone here and are now working as LPN's. Looking through all the reviews this place seems horrible :( i just want to get this done and start working. Is it worth it? Since at Langara i keep getting waitlisted for my prereq courses for the BSN. Is it hard upgrading later?
