SPN: Need a job, Georgia Nursing Student

I've heard of SNAP (skilled nursing assistant program) where a facility gives u credit for what you have learned so far in school and hires you...but what are my choices? Where are these little gems located at? How do I apply? Nine weeks until graduation, PN student. Im in Georgia. HELLLLLLLLLLLLLP!
