I'm in the process of choosing my classes for the fall. But , I'm stuck between two classes. Spanish I and Medical Terminology. My question is , which one would be more handy in the future?
Thanks:confused:

Is either one or both a requirement for your degree? I'd say med term would be very helpful in nursing school but if it isn't required and you need a foreign language I'd go with Spanish. I take nothing that isnt required. :)
Good luck.
Sorry , I did not explain the entire problem. I have to have a certain number of class hours to get student aid.

I took med term 1 & 2 and loved it! I also took medical spanish for the heck of it. Both have served me well! Good luck.

I would take medical terminology -- far more helpful and you should get your money's worth. Although Spanish is incredibly helpful, taking one semester of Spanish really isn't that helpful and you will most likely forget everything you learned in 6 months. I have taken many years of Spanish and can barely speak a sentence.

exactly... the amount you'll retain in med term for a semester is HUGE where as the amount you'll retain from a semester of Spanish will be next to nothing. Med Term all the way! It's helped me soooooo much!
