Hi I have a question pertaining to the Southern Nursing program. I am currently a senior in high school, but when I go to college I will have 34 college credit hours due to Dual Enrollment programs offered at my school. I was thinking about taking 2 or 3 classes over the summer, and my question to you is, "what classes would be doable in the 8-week time period?" I figured a class like A&P II or microbiology would be too rushed?
-Thanks in advance

Classes that would be doable for the summer session : history, intro to logic, human nutrition, general psychology, intro to sociology, elementary statistics, developmental psychology, english literature, and any electives you have to take. I wouldn't take any type of science based class over the summer bc it is too much material to cover. I hope this helps!
Thanks so much! Are there any teachere you would recommend?
I didnt take many classes at southern bc i was a transfer student . Try using rate my professor , some instructors are listed and some are not
Good luck!

Hi! Do you know is there anything for Lpn to Bsn at southern in Baton Rouge?
hey i was wondering if you had any tips on passing pharm. im right under a C and im just trying to make it out this class. im trying really hard but not sure what im doing wrong. any tips you have would be greatly appreciated
thanks!
Hello I'm sorry to bother you can you please tell me how the program is so far and if there is anything like LPN to RN
Sorry I haven't been on here. For Pharm, I recommend making flash cards listing the classification (example antiemetics), the different drugs (example zofran), the mechanism of action and side effects. Most side effects of drugs are the same so look for differences for example Vancomycin can cause nephrotoxicity and ototoxicity.
Hi. There is no bridge program for LPN to RN. You would just have to apply for the regular program.
