I've heard time and time again that every NCLEX test is different but it also depend on what region that you are in. What did you notice was tested on the most when you took your exam? I'm actually in TAMPA, FL

the exam is a national exam and doesn't matter where you take it or for which state. All the same and questions all come from the same box
Well some people say they had a lot of infection control, SATA, teaching etc

Im from Fort Lauderdale and I agree with silverdragon, it doesnt matter where you take it.. my first try is back in our country then the second is here and I can say its almost the same.. Prioritization, Infection Control and delegation.
Some do get SATA and some don't. It has nothing to do with where you live but how you answer questions

I got some tutoring from a local nursing professor, and she tells me that most of her students really have difficulty with the math...the conversions. Be sure to follow her advice and know the math backwards and forward.

Region where one takes the test plays no part in the type or difficulty of questions found on the exam.
