Hello!
I took my NCLEX PN exam and it was not counted because they didn't give me enough time. Now I am trying my best to re-take the test, but last time I misunderstood a few words, probably because English is my second language :) First one was "what question nurse has to reinforce " and another one "what question nurse has to follow up with" and 4 multiply answers. So does it mean "right" or "wrong"? Other words "if nurse has to reinforce something does it mean that client did wrong things? I would be appreciated for you help because my nest exam is in a few days.
Thank you!

either are definitely dependent on the exact question but I would guess reinforce means the patient didn't fully understand the teaching or even just that the teaching needed to be done multiple times...not necessarily that something was done wrong. this also would be my guess for follow up. follow up could also mean seeing how the patient is responding to the care as well. hope this helps

Have you reached out to find a tutor or a review that can assist in helping test takers whose first language is not English?
That may be your best bet.
