I just finished with 145 questions and my last question was a SATA. Could ending with a SATA be a good sign? Just wondering if anyone had a similar experience.

It isn't a good or bad sign. It's only a sign that at that particular question the computer was able to determine a pass or failed test.
Also, It doesn't matter if you got your last one wrong or right.
PVT worked got the good pop up

Congrats!!!! So how was ur exam? What content u had?
I had lots of priority questions, a lot of order of operations. I can't remember much just glad it's over
What so u mean by order of operation? I'm having mine 2 wks from now.. Did u had EKG?
I had a couple EKG questions. Order of operation where you click and drag the order of something. An example would how you'd teach a client to use crutches on stairs, then you put in order how you would teach that

Congratulations! What did you use to study?
I did Kaplan but I didn't really watch the videos. I just did all the question trainers and about 50 percent of the QBank. I also had access to ATI through my school so I did questions from them as well. I also utilized Quizlet. There are a ton of flash card sets on there that I used to look at when I had spare time. Just search NCLEX on Quizlet.com and you should find plenty to utilize. So questions questions questions and read the rationales
Thank u. I will look for that.thanks a lot and good luck to ur new journey.
