I do have a personal development plan but unfortunately working for GP's they have opted out most of AFC and have I think mainly just accepted holidays

have been banded but have no pay yet and certainly no back pay

its abit like my I140, looming on the horizon just out of reach.....

I was banded and got back pay before leaving the UK last november. I had no complaints fortunatly but the D and E grades got the worse deal
