Your feet are very important. Do not skimp on the shoes. You need lots of support for all those hours on your feet.I wear New Balance. Expensive but worth it.Also wear support hose. They will make a world of difference.

Thanks so much ?

I wear New Balance sneakers - I just look for them on sale.

So are sneakers more comfortable ?

I think so. New Balance sneakers are recommended by podiatrists.

But, everyone's feet are different. You have to try some on and walk around the store! :)

I wear adidas. And good socks.

I bought some dr. Scholls walking shoes from Walmart that came with insoles..... They are more comfortable than the new balance I had originally planned on buying. I stood in them & walked around once I got them home. I saved about $30 going that route.

I have been wearing sneakers for years because of lower cost and availability. I can toss them into the washer, whereas I couldn't do that with leather nursing shoes.

Another good reason why I wear sneakers! Thanks for reminding me.

free run or running shoes, ventilation is important

I recieved some Dansko's sneakers for Christmas, they are the Elise in all white. They are super, super comfy, and super stylish!!
