Trying to adjust my profile information

  1. I am not having any luck figuring out how to change my profile information. It's changed and there doesn't seem to be a place where I can change it.

Is there an easy way to do this? Thanks

Some of this information is incorrect. Not a huge deal, just bugs me that I can't update it.

Everything there can be changed in SETTINGS.

If you are still having problems please share a screenshot of what you see.

    Hi Cochise,

These settings are now available to ACTIVE members only.
(Spammers were taken advantage and signing up just to leave their link/text in profiles.)

If you like anything changed/dropped I can do it for you.

I would also like to change where I live, years of experience. I think the years of experience should automatically update. The setting tab only allows me to change my country. I would like it to say Colorado USA and 23 years of experience

I just noticed that this info (years of experience) changed for many posters (now it is visible on posts), and for others it is not visible on posts, as before. Some people have exact numbers (48, for example) but the settings function only has increments of five up to thirty. There is no available option for not providing this entry at all, accurate or not. So, this is now mandatory, but only for some? Additionally, the search function is messed up. I tried to use it to find a recent post and only posts made three years ago were displayed. Then, I clicked on a topic that I did not recognize and found a thread from two years before I joined so I could not have posted in it back then, then another thread where the original starting post was replaced by my particular reply, making it look like I started the thread with my reply. For a few months now, I have also noticed threads have been moving up in the "daily" que in spite of there being no updated posts to the thread. BTW, I am fine with having only my join date and number of posts and likes displayed each time I post. Are these deliberate changes to the site with some purpose in mind?

I just made the previous post at 6:58 AM on 24 Feb. It is not showing as a new post at all on the "daily" or "what's new" functions.
