Single story living? :>D Anyone seen these?

Hi!

I was wondering if any of you were familiar with Equity Apartments, particularly all of their "single story living" flats, like those in this link (http://www.equityapartments.com/market/navigation.aspx?Key=FL)?

If you're familiar with these, have you ever been inside? They seem really affordable, and I was thinking there must be a catch somewhere, particularly since all of the apartments on rent.com etc. seem to be in the $800 range. They don't show pictures of the insides of the apartments, so I can't take a look at them. Are these for older folks, though it doesn't say anything? Rent-control for low-incomers? Any input? They have so many of them all over Florida- I figured one of you is bound to have heard of them.
