Simlab research - patient confidentiality question!

We are doing a case study/sim lab for our last clinical, man comes in for a health screening at a mall and has a heart issue... and one of my "prep" questions is:

How can patient onfidentiality be maintained in a public setting such as a mall?

Any ideas? I'm struggling.

Since he must be ambulatory to come into a mall for a screening, I would go with him to the mall security office where you could maintain his privacy while also calling for any necessary emergency assistance. The security folks also probably have access to a defibillator, if necessary, and can direct EMS/EMT to the proper back entrance to pick up the patient for transport.
