I was looking through some CRNA job postings and noticed one position that offered either $30,000 tuition repayment or $10,000 cash bonus. I'm not sure if this is a common offer or not, but which would you chose? Why? 0 Likes
TennRN2004 Nov 21, 2004 I think this would be a personal choice, but for me I would probably do the tuition reimbursement simply to get my loans paid down as soon as possible. However, if I was considering buying a car or house, the 10,000 in cash might be good. It just depends on you and your circumstances. I would check to see if the time commitment for each was the same or not, if it is taxed, etc. before I made a final decision. 0 Likes
