State inspector coming to investigate

This is the situation I find myself in. I work in homecare and the nurse that work one day a week found the patient toenail infected and half way off. She reported to agency now a state inspector is involved on the case everyone has to leave a statement. My question is I didnt see it on my shift. I'm I in jeopardy of losing my license or be on probabtion? I would like to keep my license clean
