Chamberlain Atlanta class schedule

I start the BSN program this September and I work a full time job as a MA (12 hour shifts 3 days a week). I was curious if anyone that is a current student can tell me how far in advance you get your class schedule. We unfortunately get our work schedules months in advance and she is currently working on doing a year weekend schedule as well. I am trying to prepare my manager and I with an idea of when I will know my class schedule to hopefully be able to still work. I am completely prepared to drop to part time or even resource if need be. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
