I just received word that another SN in my district was admitted to the hospital for chest pain relieved by nitro. She was confirmed with influenza yesterday. Please send some good thoughts to IL for her!!!

I have just read that nitro can also relieve pain caused by esophageal spasm so I am hoping that is what it is secondary to the influenza!

My best friend went into V-tach and developed PNA from the flu, about 10 years ago, age 40. She was fine, but in ICU and telemetry until she was done.

The flu can do Baaadddd things.
