Crouse school of Nursing 1st semester

Good afternoon everyone. I am a new student and am attending the Pomeroy School of Nursing at Crouse and wanted to get everyone's input. I am staying on top of the readings and everything the best I can and although tests and what not are still a few weeks away I wanted to know if anyone used outside sources or study aids in order to better prepare for the tests administered in nursing school. I come from an automotive background so a lot of these concepts are new to me and the career of nursing and medicine is new to me as well. Any sort of help or guidance would be greatly appreciated as I understand my school uses N-CLEX style (Kaplan) style questions for their exams and I want to be as prepared as possible for what is to come next.
