Had my interview yesterday for the direct-entry MEPN program I'm hoping to start in the fall. I was thinking about sending my interviewer a thank you email for meeting with me. What do you guys think? I always do this for job interviews, but this is the first time I've had to interview for school, so not sure if it is appropriate.
My interview was, well interesting. I believe I did well and gave great, detailed yet straight-forward answers, and I had a lot of questions to ask. The whole interview lasted over 2hrs. That's because it started 30mins late, then I was given 30mins to write an essay, then a little over an hour for the actual interview (with one person - whom I believe has ALOT of power in making the final decision and recommendation to the committee.
So what do you guys think? yay on the thank you email?

Yes. I don't think it would hurt -- and it might help.
