Should i get a PA license or NY license?

I already have a NJ license but no luck in nj. Should i get a PA license or NY license?

Specializes in LTC.

#1 - Would you consider relocating to the other states if job opportunities were avail?

#2 - Are you able to reasonably commute if not relocating?

#3 - You are aware that other job seekers from those 2 states have posted here on AN that they are facing the same lack of employment

possibilities, esp in the NYC and Philadelphia areas?

Your answers to those questions should guide your future decisions. You could just get licenses "just in case for the future", but you'll face those required expenses and those for CEUs also.

If you think it's worth pursuing, then go for it.

The job market is not much better for LPN's in PA or NY than it is for NJ. Just a thought.
