Shoreline Nursing Winter 2023

Hi everyone,

I am completing my last prerequisite course to apply to the RN 6 quarter program at shoreline community college. I was looking at their point system & looking at other posts about the minimum points to even be considered. I realized I have lowish points. I know it's a bit of time away, but does anyone know the minimum points for Winter quarter?

Also, how does the alternate form work, is it a waitlist or first come first serve?

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

The alternate form is not first come, first serve. If you are close to making it (maybe 34th and they allow 32 then you would be 2nd alternate after the 33rd person) then they will have you decide if you want to be considered as an alternate if one of the 32 decides to not start at Shoreline. For my cohort, one person came in from the alternate list.

I am also applying for Winter 2023 at Shoreline. I have been trying to find out the minimum points that are usually accepted. I have only seen points from the old point system, but I know this was changed starting fall of 2021. Hoping that we get in!

Hello, I also applied at shoreline for Winter 2023. I applied for Spring 2022 but did not get in. My points right now is 103.7 am hopping to get in with that.
