I'm not 100% certain this will attach, but if it does, you're welcome to print and use or change as you like :)
It's the worksheet I used my last couple of months of NS, and what I expect I'll be using shortly on the job :)

Interesting. The hospital where I've been doing my clinicals has something very similar that's used by the staff as a standard document. I gotta say, ICU step-down/Med-Surg is really cool. Didn't think I'd like it but I'm having fun and learning a lot.
bumping this for gardenmum because I don't know if she saw it.

Thanks emtb2rn and RNsRWe for the responses. Seeing what others are using to stay organized helps so much.

Does anybody out there work in postpartum and can help with shift organization work sheets? I am a new grad RN stuggling with organization! I know that if I had a worksheet specifically for postpartum, I could be more efficient in organizing my day. Help?!!
Much thanks!

If you can send me an attachment of the version you like best and tell me which items/assessments you would like to see added (specifically applicable to PP), I would be happy to do one for you. I am not a pp nurse but love making these worksheets since they are so useful (the nerd in me). You can email me the particulars . I can have one done within a week of so.
