11-7 shift

Hey all... Weird question, but for anyone who works nights, how do you train your body into letting you nap before you have to go in? Im on at 11 and cannot stay asleep.

Just worked that shift last night myself. I don't know how I function because when I get off I only sleep for a few hours. Maybe taking 5-htp or valerian root to help put you to sleep so that you can somewhat get on a schedule and not be dragging the rest of the day when you are up. Do an amazon search.
