Hi everyone!

I applied (internal applicant) for the Sharp New Grad Cohort that begins in Spring 2019 and wanted to start a forum for us to discuss the process and answer each other's questions as they arise.

This round they only opened Sharp Mary Birch and Sharp Chula Vista. I chose Sharp Chula Vista Med/Surg-PCU as my top choice and the ED as my second choice.

Who else applied and to what units?

What is first job hunt assistance? Ive applied and got an email to self identify but the link was faulty. Curious where everybody else stands!

First Job Hunt Assistance is this forum. It focuses on new grads and your struggles to land that elusive job.

While AllNurses offers tips, advice and support for job hunters, AN is not and does not get involved with the hiring process of any organization. We're just the coaches and cheerleaders for members :)

If you applied to Sharp and received an email from them with a faulty link, you need to contact Sharp's HR to report it. There should be contact info in the email you received.

Link was faulty for me and everyone else I have spoken to who applied. It was voluntary, so shouldn't interfere with our application status.
