Has anyone applied to the nursing program for Spring 2019?

I just applied and I'm super nervous about it.

My gpa is a 4.0 and I got an 87% on the TEAS.

Hi, I applied as well. Best of luck to you! I don't know what their criteria is since it doesn't seem to be posted online. Where did you complete your prerequisites?

Good luck to you too! I did some of my prereqs at a CC and some at SFSU.

What about yourself? Did you apply anywhere else?

Nervous to hear back for the interviews.

I applied too with a 3.87 GPA & 82% on the TEAS!

I did all my prereqs at CC, the majority of them at DVC in Pleasant Hill. I applied to CSUEB and Sac State also. Did you apply anywhere else? I'm curious how many spots they will be filling this cohort and if they will interview about 100 students like previous years. We shall see...

Cool! Good luck instax!

I just applied to SF so I'm pretty nervous about everything. I think the cohort is either 20 or 40 people.

I applied but doubtful I'll get in. I have a 3.9 GPA and 87 TEAS score

Specializes in PICU, CVICU.

I applied as well! My stats:

Prereq gpa: 3.9

TEAS: 87

CNA Licensure & 100+ hours working in a skilled nursing facility

200+ hours working in a childcare facility

Bilingual in Spanish/English

Good luck to everyone!

Don't be doubtful! I don't know about your other qualifications but SFSU seems to not have a clear admitting point system that they publicly share. Who knows how they choose their applicants and who gets an interview. Good luck brivsac!

Interesting, I just got an email from SFSU saying I got admitted as an environmental science major ...

But I applied as a nursing major and didn't have any alternative majors listed
