I have it BAD!!! Senioritis that is. This is my 4th and final year. Will graduate in December with my RN. From the students i go to school with is seems that senioritis is MORE than your basic "I am kinda tired of school" situation. It is more of a "I can't stand to open my books one more time!!!! This is sucking the life out of me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" What say you?_____________________________ :-)

I'll graduate in May and yeah, although the course load has let up a lot, I can hardly open a book anymore. I spend three days a week in clinicals and this semester the clinical paper work has exploded. We are told to spend every available moment getting ready for N-CLEX but, I'm drowning in paper work.

Gotta go. I need to write down my "feelings" about some clinical experience.

lmao I hate the journals. I especially hate the journals because I'm a wordy person about stories, and I end up writing way more than I need for full credit.

I graduate in December too and it drags thinking about it, but I feel like this semester is going by fast. No clinicals and tests, I'm really, really enjoying the slower pace!

I finish my master's in May and this last stretch feels like pulling teeth. I'm tired and ready to be done.

That's what I heard (although I'm not there yet - second semester student here)...from what people told me is that after Pedi and Maternity, it's all downhill from there...but it doesn't really get easier because you really start to feel burnt out. Does that sound like an accurate description?

Senioritis starts for me the 3rd week of every.single.term.

Good luck, just make yourself do it and get through.
