Sellati and Co in Virginia Beach

i have seen sellati and co running ads for lpns to work in their methadone clinic in virginia beach. has anyone in the hampton roads area have any experiences with this company? i am interested because after 5 years of working in ltc (geriatric and peds) my osteoarthritis of my hip has gotten really worse, and i recently injured my back repositioning a rather heavy child. i would love to stay in nursing and working in a clinic or office setting does appeal to me. the hours listed are good: mon-fri, very early start and out by 2pm, and one short day on saturday. the only concern i do have is that i have been seeing this ad off and on for a few months now. any input would be much appreciated!!!
