Advice, anyone? I'm 5'2", smaller than the typical XS scrub top, short as the petite size Peaches comfort line pants, with a big booty. My thighs somewhat match the booty, but overall my legs are actually pretty skinny. If it weren't for my butt, I'd be a size 2-4 in pants. My butt makes me a 7-9. Many of the cuter cuts if scrubs, my thigh wings become quite obvious and I hate how they look. But when I go with the less form fitting ones, the tops (even XS) are just way too big. I've "made do" with Butter Soft but the draw string makes them hard to stay up, they're long, and the shirt is a bit big.
Any big booty, skinny and short girls have a go-to brand?
(As I type this, I have J Lo's Booty (the song) going through my head.)

Gosh I thought I was the only one trying to fit my booty into these "pajamas"! I found awesome Cherokee scrubs called flex fit. they come in petite small (yay short pant legs!) and no draw string, just a stretchy band. Hope this helps!!

I'm no size 2, but my booty does take me up from the 6 my waist says I should wear to a nice 8 or 10. I love my Koi scrubs for so many reasons. In particular, the Lindsey pants and the Kaitlyn and Justine tops. Tons of pockets in the pants, elastic AND drawstring for keeping them up, and the tops are long enough to cover up any slips without being TOO long. Best wishes!

I was about to suggest Cherokee scrubs.
My waist is a 6-8, but my thighs take me up more, unfortunately.
They are a great fit (pun intended).

I can't be of much help in the booty area, but I also swim in most XS tops. The only tops that are fitted enough for me are the Grey's Anatomy in XS. Everything else looks huge even in XS. I'm 5'2'', 105-110 lbs, 32B, if that helps.
Thank you, everyone, for your input! I went to my local scrubs store yesterday and I don't know where they find their customers, but they had multiple of every size from large to XXXXXL (yes, FIVE of the letter X), but literally I could not find any navy blues in my size. So I thought - hey, I'll try on different colors in my size to see how they fit and order what I need. So I looked through every other color in the few styles I liked, and still, there were no smalls or extra smalls. Very frustrating!
I too have trouble finding my size in stores so I have to order online. I order through Scrubs and Beyond and get free shipping for spending over a certain amount, and return anything that doesn't fit to my local Life Uniform since they're partnered. This way I get what I need and never have to spend extra for shipping or return shipping.
It also helps to keep your eye open at work for anyone built similar to you, and ask them what they wear. Even complete strangers love to share clothing advice!
Scrubs are also easy to get tailored. You'll pay a little more for that, but they'll fit perfect. Just buy something that's a little big and any good tailor can take it in for you where you need. A good tailor is a lady's best friend :)
Hey, all! I wanted to come back and update. I scored a fantastic find today, and I wanted to share the awesomeness. Since posting this thread, I'd tried some suggestions, but really hadn't fallen in love with anything, so I've been sticking with my less-than-ideally-fitting Butter Softs. They've been okay this long, I had no problem with waiting until I had the perfect find.
So over this past week, I got a per diem job at a grade school. It wasn't a job I was actively seeking, but more of an opportunity that found me. I start tomorrow, and realized today I had a choice of scrubs or professional dress. I'd much rather do nice scrubs, if I could find ones that fit appropriately.
I went to the local uniform place, which is a place that over prices everything and very rarely has my size. Needless to say, I had very low expectations, but I had time to kill and I figured it was worth trying. I am so glad I gave it a chance!!!!!!
Have you guys heard of Healing Hands? Their line 'Purple Label' is absolutely perfect for my body type. If any of you is similarly shaped, my measurements are 34/27/39, inseam 27". The small modern fit pant has exactly enough space for the extra booty, and the petite length is exactly right. The xs junior fit top is flattering, but I don't feel like I have to peel it off. It is trim in the waist without being tight on my boobs. (Apparently all trim XS shirts assume we either have gigantic boobs, or we are completely flat chested. No in-between.)
So if you have a bit of junk in your trunk, check out this line. I fell so in love with it, I snagged a set for my hospital job, too. I was so happy I didn't care that the store marks their merchandise up too much.
Thank you everyone who gave feedback before. I hope I have helped you, too!

Thanks! I too suffer from LA face and Oakland booty syndrome. I'll look them up!

I think Koi is a nice fit. I have a very straight up and down body (no hips) but I do have a butt and I think Koi makes me look really nice and curvy.
