History of Crown College, a Globally-Connected Private Institution
In 1916, Crown College was founded. For over 100 years, the college has been preparing its students for a life of leadership and service. Devoted to its Christo-centric education, Crown College is known as the acclaimed Minnesota Bible college, located west of Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Crown College offers a nursing program that helps complement the college's commitment to academic excellence, leadership, and service. Nurses are prepared as highly qualified professionals with the value of Christian compassion and caring throughout their work.
The program for students who are just beginning their nursing careers is the 4-year BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing). The curriculum is based on liberal arts and sciences as well as Christian studies to help prepare the student for the upcoming nursing content. The student will learn to develop an appreciation for the views and values of others. The program helps the student value the community, recognize various cultures and ethnicities, and understand those of different faiths as well as those who express no particular faith.
