School for RN to BSN when nurse has BS in Health Admin

Touro University Nevada, what does anyone think about this online program?

You can't do an on-line RN-BSN program if you aren't an RN.

Specializes in critical care, ER,ICU, CVSURG, CCU.

Nursing education, is the only profession I know that does not recognize non nursing BA/ bs degrees......I could do graduate work in in psychology with BS in biology...... Etc........I could go for PhDs in chemistry or physics.......... But no not graduate degrees in nursing.....
