triage algorithm

Our local school nurse asked me to work with her on an algorithm for common injuries for staff to follow in her absence (she has to cover three separate buildings). For instance, what injuries can go to ER by car transport, versus what injuries must go by ambulance. Does anyone know of published guidelines or policies, or any suggestions on where to begin? Any help would be appreciated.

Good link. It would need a bit of tailoring to fit my state laws and requirements, but it's a great start.

I haven't looked at the like posted above, but here is another from the same site that has treatment algorithms. Maybe the same things, so ignore if so. I think this one is directed more towards the school nurse than staff.
