Hola ! My boss has asked that I choose a goal/focus for this year. I would like some ideas as I am clueless right now ! Any suggestions will be appreciated!

Oh, goals. One of your administrator's goals is probably to make sure you come up with goals.

I'd go all out. To the point where it is practically sarcasm. Make is about your education or getting compliance with forms.

Remember, goals must be S.M.A.R.T.

Example:

I will obtain allergy action plans for 90% of students with documented allergies by November 1, 2017.
