This is a tiny bit ridiculous. I applied in DECEMBER, and was told that the letters would be sent out midapril. When may rolled around, i had to call them up because i was starting to lose my mind & still had no letter. and they said..."We are behind with the applications, we will now be sending them out the END of may".... MEANWHILE: I have to take a summer class (First aid & safety...) which i already paid for.. and if i dont get into the program, i wont be needing this class because PLAN B (i would prefer PLAN A.....) is to go to BOCES to get my LPN, and then eventually get my RN. But of course by the time i get my letter, i wont be allowed to get a 100% refund for this class.... So why should i get penalized when they are the ones who had to postpone the date?..... OMG....
WAITING FOR THIS LETTER IS almost RUINING MY LIFE...
For the past 6 months all i have done is work at my ****** job & pray to jesus that my letter brings good news. I want to move on with my life!... I am 20 years old, and i feel like a bum because all i want to do is be a nurse but all i have BEEN doing is working my butt off at a place i cant stand and it makes me miserable. If im not accepted, i will be absolutely torn. I want to get into this program SO badly..... Its going to be so hard to even open up the letter. I CANT WAIT ANYMORE. Time is moving so slow!! I hope the next time i post something on here, its because i am so happy to be accepted...... :zzzzz:banghead:

I am sorry that happened. How frustrating. The wait is bad enough when it is just the wait without postponements. I know I had a wait a few days after they said I would find out and I about went crazy. I feel for you! It really takes over your life.
When are you supposed to start the first aid class? Hopefully you will need it because you got accepted, but if you don't maybe you can get a refund. Hang in there!
